Camp Arena Stage Philosophy

Community and art make the magic of Camp Arena Stage. At camp we see, recognize and appreciate each individual for who they are and the art that only they can make. We value being present, joyful, creative and kind. We know art has a product, but it is also a process full of mistakes and discoveries. We support one another and make a place that is safe to take risks and to grow as we explore, discover and create art together.

Location

The gated campus, grounds and air-conditioned classrooms of Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School.

Dates

3-Week Session: July 1-July 19, 2024 (no camp on July 4)
2-Week Session: July 22 – August 2, 2024 (FULL - WAITLIST ONLY)

Regular Hours

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Note: Camp ends at 2 p.m. on the last Friday of each session. There is no extended day on the last Friday of each session.

Extended Day Hours

4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for an additional fee

Lunch/Snacks

Campers bring their own well-marked lunches that are kept in an air-conditioned room. Camp Arena Stage is not a peanut-free camp. We provide an optional, individually wrapped, daily snack. 

Registration

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due upon registration. The tuition balance is due on June 1, 2024. 

Tuition and Fees

 
* Extended Day Drop-In Fee: $25/day if life happens and you utilize extended hours one day.

Paying Your Balance

The balance of tuition is due on June 1, 2024. Please call the Arena Stage Sales Office (202-488-3300) to provide a credit card and schedule your final payment. Please do this at your earliest convenience so we can schedule your payment for June 1. The Sales Office is open Tuesday-Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.

Discounts

Early Registration Discount for Returning Campers
$50 off 2-Week Session and $100 off 3-Week Session when you register by February 14, 2024.

Military Discounts
Military families receive 30% off their camp tuition. You will be prompted to provide your military identification. Please use Promo Code: HEROCAMP 

Scholarships

Need-based scholarships are available. See our guidelines and application.

Refund

Registrants who cancel their registration before June 1, 2024 forfeit the $300 deposit.

No refunds are available for canceled registrations after June 1, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

If Camp Arena Stage must cancel a session in full before the session starts, we will fully refund tuition. If we must cancel once a session has started, refunds will be pro-rated.
