In the Round: April 2020
Arena Stage Costume Director Joseph Salasovich shares a special message about the strength of theater in uncertain times. "When the Mead Center for American Theater opened, people immediately marveled at the architecture. Arena Stage was reborn. Again. Through its storied history Arena has performed in multiple venues. Arena has been connecting people years before John F. Kennedy would even be president of the United States."
In the Round: March 2020
This spring, we are excited to share with you the story of two board members’ shared passion for Arena Stage. As a successful businessman and generous philanthropist, Trustee Daniel (Danny) L. Korengold shares how his commitment to Arena Stage has evolved into a much richer and more meaningful experience. In our second feature, we highlight long-term Trustee Hubert (Hank) M. Schlosberg, who is dedicated to building a diverse pipeline of leadership and expanding Arena’s audience to young patrons.
In the Round: January 2020
We are thrilled to bring you a different approach to our ongoing member and donor communications. With this new In the Round, written by Janice L. Kaplan, we will showcase some of our favorite people in the Arena Stage family of supporters. With the commemorations of our 70th Anniversary Season, it is an especially opportune time to reflect on the thousands of benefactors who have helped forge our success.
