Shakespeare Monologue Coaching
1:1 monologue (or scene/side) coaching with classically trained director Lavina Jadhwani (Guthrie Theater, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Asolo Rep). Lavina has several years of experience creating identity conscious work and specializes in making heightened language plays accessible to artists of all levels of experience. She coaches via a practical, “tools, not rules” approach; students will be introduced to two script analysis techniques that can be applied to any text. Highly encouraged for applicants to training programs (undergrad, grad school, other intensives), as Lavina has over 10 years of experience in conservatory style training.
