All employers represented are Equal Opportunity Employers. Applications from people regardless of race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability status are welcomed. We as a community look to employ from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

We encourage you to attend if you think you meet the majority of the requirements in any job description listed — research has shown that men are more likely to apply for jobs when they believe they meet ~60% of the specification, whereas women will only apply if they believe they meet 100% of the specification. In truth, very few candidates meet 100% of any job specification, so we encourage you to attend the fair and submit an application if you believe your skills and experience are a good fit for the role overall.
