Arena Stage is uniquely committed to producing first-class productions that explore the vast diversity of American voices from the classics, to new work and the quintessential American art form - the musical. Central to our mission is giving American artists the space and resources to produce the work they love.

As a non-profit theater, ticket sales only cover 65% of our annual operating costs. We rely on the generosity of our supporters who contribute beyond the cost of tickets to fully support the outstanding work on stage, our investment in new play development and community engagement activities.
