Exchange Your Tickets

Current subscribers and members are able to exchange tickets online. Single ticket buyers are only able to exchange tickets if they have purchased Ticket Insurance, and must make their exchange(s) over the phone with the Sales Office. Exchanges within 24 hours of listed showtimes must be done over the phone, and will incur a fee. Exchanges may incur additional costs based on differences in price due to seating locations and/or date and time of the new performance.

Not all performances listed below may be able to be exchanged. Please call the Sales Office at 202-488-3300, Tuesday - Sunday, 12pm to 6pm with any questions or for additional assistance.
