Orders should be submitted to Lindsey Wareing Pisani at lwareing@arenastage.org. All orders must be placed at least three business days in advance. Orders may be modified or cancelled up to three days (72 hours) before the event delivery time.

Full payment must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event delivery time. Payment may be submitted via credit card, check or cash. All prices include presentation on high quality disposable plastic platters and serving utensils and all necessary compostable cutlery, plates and plastic cups.

All catering items are purchased as a “drop off” service only. Café staff will drop off to pre-designated location at requested time. Staff will not be available to assist in serving or replenishing or cleaning during the event. All prices indicated do not include local D.C. sales tax (10%). A minimum order of ten servings is required for all items, except for desserts ordered by the dozen.
