Call the Sales Office at (202) 488-3300 or (202) 484-0247 (TTY) and a Sales Associate will be happy to assist you.

Bring your tickets to the Sales Office window (in the underground concourse) at 1800 South Bell Street, Arlington, VA 22202. Subscription exchanges cannot be completed at the Lincoln Theatre Box Office, except at performance times.

Along with your tickets, please provide the following information:

• Name under which the subscription is held.
  Subscriber ID number
• Complete address and email address
• Day and evening phone numbers
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices of new dates
• A check (mail exchanges) or credit card number and expiration date for the balance due, if applicable.

Subscription tickets may be exchanged into another performance of the same play, subject to availability, until 6:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled performance at no charge. Day-of-show exchanges will be accepted up to 2 hours prior to curtain for a $3 fee per ticket.

Ticket exchanges will be handled at the Sales Office window the hour before any curtain time at the management’s discretion.

Exchanges into a more expensive performance and/or seating area require payment of the upgrade amount at the time of the exchange. Refunds are not given for exchanges into less expensive performances.

Once the season has begun, no refunds can be made on the series as a whole or on individual subscription tickets.

What if...

...you cannot attend your upcoming scheduled performance?

• Exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show.
• Donate your tickets to Arena Stage. Tickets are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations will be acknowledged with a written receipt. Tickets must be received at least 2 hours prior to curtain.

...you miss your scheduled performance or the exchange deadline?

• Use your expired tickets as discount coupons to receive 50% off full price tickets for any other performance, subject to availability, in the current subscription season. Restrictions may apply; this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.

...you misplace your tickets for a single performance?

• Come to Arena Stage in person or call the Sales Office at (202) 488-3300. We will verify your seating and reissue replacement tickets. The original tickets will be voided.

...your entire packet of tickets is lost or stolen?

• Call the Sales Office at (202) 488-3300 for replacement tickets. The original tickets will be voided. You may pick up new tickets at the Arena Stage Sales Office and will be required to present valid ID for verification.
