Arena Stage values the trust its donors place in the organization and adheres to the highest standards in gathering, using and safeguarding donor information, including personal and gift details. This donor privacy statement reflects the procedures and protocol taken to ensure the security of all data collected from our generous contributors. Access to Information

Names printed in Arena Stage recognition material such as production programs are a matter of public record. If you wish to remain anonymous in these publications, please indicate your gift as anonymous when submitting a pledge or payment, or notify our Development Department directly at 202-600-4177.
We may also use “persistent cookies” when, for example, you register for certain features or services. Arena Stage follows all PCI standards which includes security hardware, securing information, payment gateway and payment processor.
Arena Stage reserves the right to disclose personal information if required to do so by law.
As a donor, you are entitled to exclusive promotions, advance notices, and members-only activities and events in fulfillment of your membership benefits. We may contact you via mail, email, or by phone regarding these benefits, however, you may elect to forgo these forms of communication in whole or part.
If you opt to be removed from our mailing list, you will receive no mass solicitation mail from us, including membership publications, brochures, and notices. You will continue to receive donation acknowledgements and receipts, and may receive mail correspondence directly intended for you.
If you opt to be removed from our calling list, you will receive no calls from us except with regards to changes or RSVPs for an upcoming event, or in response to an inquiry from you. You may also receive personal calls from our Development Department directly intended for you.
If you opt to be removed from our email list, you will receive no mass email solicitations, promotions, or upcoming activities, except invitations to our member events and activities in fulfillment of your membership benefits, such as members-only pre-sales, receptions, and opening nights. You may also receive personal email directly intended for you.
